 The pathetic state of private American higher education in Ticino, Switzerland

Having worked in a private American college in Ticino, Switzerland for almost 10 years, I was abruptly fired for having brought up issues surrounding racism and sexism on campus. The termination was after I was promoted to Associate Professor. The pettiness of the institution can be seen where they have removed all my references from their website. My digital presence from their website has been completely eliminated. It's amazing how former employers have so much power. They can conveniently eliminate someone's professional history without any repercussions. 

In an event, where I was a discussant, the institution has removed my name on their website! The irony of all this is that the event was a film festival on Human rights and the discussion was around spread of illiberal democracy and contemporary resistance movements!

Another example. I worked on a project for the institution with my colleague. My name has been removed again from the website. The current webpage below about the project. There is no mention of me.
